Job Title: Ambulatory Services Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for part-time Ambulatory Services Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location

VCU Health System Ambulatory - 7818 E Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23294

Schedule

Part-time, Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements

No experience necessary. Willing to train!

Pay Range

$16.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
2. Dust and polish furniture, fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
3. Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
4. Move chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, and small equipment for cleaning; realign items according to layout.
5. Clean floors, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets and upholstery.
6. Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
7. Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other supplies.
8. Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
9. Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
