Job summary

Southeast Georgia Health System is seeking an Ambulatory RN to provide professional nursing care for patients in a physician practice. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for service and quality.

The role requires a Nursing Diploma/ASN/BSN and an active Georgia RN license, with at least one year of RN experience, physician practice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diploma, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Program.
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• One year or more experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Physician practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining and documenting pertinent information during patient triage.
• Following treatment plans as ordered by provider and administering prescribed medications.
• Functioning as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
