Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications following policy and reconciles meds as required.
• Develops and updates individualized plans of care for patients.
• Communicates plan of care to patient/family and collaborates with care teams.
• Adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards in daily practice.
