Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the healthcare team at our Mount Pleasant, SC facility. The RN will establish authentic relationships with patients and their support networks, collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and adherence to current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
• To be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing an authentic relationship with the patient and support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Provide care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
