Job summary

Novant Health Ortho & Sports Cotswold is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to lead the healthcare team and establish personalized patient relationships. The RN will collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, accountability, and collaboration with the care team to navigate the patient journey and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4 Year/Bachelors degree preferred.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school required.
• If RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for 5+ years and not licensed in another state in last 5 years, complete refresher course.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state required.
• ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT preferred.
