Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in patient education and prenatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare to individuals, families and communities within RN scope.
• Ensure documentation of care is complete and accurate.
• Provide health and wellness education to patients and groups.
• Act as preceptor and support staff development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes.
• Assist in developing department standing orders with Nursing Supervisor.
• Perform prenatal testing and telephone triage; schedule surgeries as needed.
• Assist provider with LEEP procedures and other clinic procedures.
