Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care at 332 Hanover Street in Boston. The role involves assessing patients, delivering care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Requires an Associate's or Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Onsite work, Monday–Friday with a 40-hour schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Mansioni

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking, to identify patient needs and conditions.
Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately in EHR or paper charts.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective patient care.
