Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• BSN must be obtained within 7 years of hire.
• Experience in ambulatory setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Annual Wellness Visits for assigned patients from arrival to discharge.
• Provide courteous, safe, and high-quality patient care.
• Support daily clinic operations and assist teammates and providers as needed.
