Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• BSN required within 7 years of hire for Home Health or inpatient acute service lines after July 1, 2024.
• Experience in an ambulatory setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Annual Wellness Visits and care for assigned patients from arrival to discharge.
• Provide courteous, tactful patient interactions with a focus on quality care and safety.
• Be part of a supportive clinic team and assist with day-to-day operations as needed.
