Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced ambulatory care RN to perform nursing care and treatment modalities for patients. The role includes assisting LIP with procedures, administering medications, and documenting patient information in the medical record.

You will triage calls, educate patients, and coordinate labs, tests and follow-ups in a busy ambulatory setting. A ADN and BLS are required, with NJ/PA RN licenses and 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

Associates degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
One year previous medical office RN experience.
AHA BLS NJ and PA RN Licenses (You can start with one state license and be provided 90 days to begin the process for the other).

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and treatment modalities in ambulatory setting.
Assist physicians with procedures and manage patient education.
Administer medications and injections as ordered and document accordingly.
Triages patient calls, schedules tests, and reviews laboratory results per protocol.
