Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver ambulatory care across our network. The role involves direct patient care, wound management, immunizations, and collaboration with licensed independent practitioners.

Associate degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
NJ or PA RN license required; must obtain second out-of-state RN license within three months from date of hire.
1 year experience in an acute, urgent care or outpatient setting.
AHA BLS – Healthcare Provider.
Proficient computer skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Performs nursing care and treatment modalities appropriate for individual patients; assists LIP with procedures and wound care.
Monitors patient condition, reviews results, and documents education and consent as directed.
Triages patient calls and schedules visits per established protocol; communicates results and plans with patients and families.
Maintains patient records, administers medications and vaccines per policy, and calls in prescriptions under LIP supervision.
Demonstrates teamwork and supports colleagues during high patient-care activity.
