Job summary

Advocate Medical Group (AMG), part of Advocate Health, is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our Delavan, WI ambulatory clinics.

The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, adheres to evidence-based practices, and supports patients across three locations with weekly travel; requires an accredited nursing program completion, valid RN license, and BLS. Minimum 5 years RN experience in primary care preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred in Primary Care.
