Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with physicians to implement the plan of care and to educate patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, diploma, or BSN).
• Current Indiana RN license or active RN license from another state with endorsement in progress.
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 60 days.
• Minimum of six months of recent experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory setting, addressing the comprehensive needs of a diverse patient population.
• The RN collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement appropriate nursing interventions and patient education aligned with the overall plan of care.
