Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse in Washington state to deliver high-quality patient care across a broad outpatient population. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to triage, educate, and coordinate resources while actively contributing to clinic workflow and patient experience.

The role requires WA RN licensure, current CPR certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience; BSN is preferred, with proficiency in electronic

Qualifications

  • Current Washington State licensure as an RN.
  • CPR certification required every two years.
  • Three years’ work experience in a discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and facilitating quality management of a broad based outpatient population across the continuum of care.
  • Providing skilled triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources.
  • Supporting the care team in the provision of patient care. Providing patient advice.
  • Assisting in prioritizing daily work of the clinic.
  • Providing direction to team members, including oversight of Medical Assistant's clinical competency.

The Responsibilities Of The Ambulatory Registered Nurse Includes

*Primary Care with Urology experience preferred.*
