Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current pharmacist license as required by the state board.
• Basic Life Support certification within 60 days of hire.
• Pharm.D. degree preferred; PGY-1/2 residency and board certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitors drug therapy and participates in rounds, evaluating regimens.
• Provides leadership and education to staff; promotes safe drug use.
• Documents patient encounters and supports billing in the EMR.
