University Hospitals in Cleveland seeks an RN1 Care Coordinator for Ambulatory Pulmonary Diseases at Main Campus. This role provides age-appropriate nursing care using the nursing process to help patients and families attain optimal health status and seamless care coordination.

The RN1 coordinates care, demonstrates proficient technical skills, communicates effectively with teams, and upholds PHI security in line with UH policies.

Formación

• Must hold RN licensure in Ohio or Multi-State Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS may be required depending on unit standards.
