Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within ambulatory setting.
• Performs preliminary assessment to facilitate appropriate follow-up.
• Evaluates unstable/complex patient care and facilitates intervention.
• Uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by health care providers to whom care is delegated.
• Documents patient teaching and outcomes in patient charts.
