Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Nurse Manager for Ambulatory/Procedural settings to lead nursing teams across multiple ambulatory programs. You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, and budget to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong leadership in ambulatory psychiatry or related settings. This is a full-time on-site leadership position based in Minnesota with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN, MSN, or DNP). Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state required; BLS certification valid for 90 days post-start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory/procedural nursing areas with full-time management responsibility.
• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate clinical nursing operations, budget and personnel.
