Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years RN practice; acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation; quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and triage within ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to implement evidence-based care plans.
• Monitor and document patient status, medications, and treatment responses.
