Responsibilities

• Adheres to MA Board of Registration in Nursing rules and procedures.
• Performs nursing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Coordinates care across the health care continuum.
• Educates patients and families about illness, procedures and care plan.
• Documents interventions per departmental policy.
