Wage Scale: $317,000 - $337,000/year Base

+ $50,000 Sign-on Bonus

+ $20,000 Metric Bonus

+ $17,000 Relocation Pay

+ $20,000 a year for 5 years for student loan forgiveness = $100,000 total

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative responsibilities, performance bonuses, etc. Furthermore, compensation might be adjusted based on productivity after the initial guarantee period.

About the Medical Facility:

Adventist Health Rideout is a nonprofit community-based system that includes an acute care hospital, the Heart Center at Rideout, and the Cancer Center affiliated with UC Davis Medical Center, along with various outpatient clinics and ancillary services such as senior living options across Yuba and Sutter Counties. Our facility employs over 2,100 staff members and houses approximately 300 physicians on the medical staff.
