Qualifications

• Ambulatory practice management experience preferred.
• Able to supervise clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and development of clinical and non-clinical personnel, including engagement, orientation, education and assessment.
• Monitors billing, coding and documentation processes within the department.
• Lead quality improvement and accreditation initiatives and data reporting.
• Provide day-to-day support for staff and providers to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensures regulatory readiness and safety compliance for surveys and incidents.
• Collaborate with leadership to move projects and initiatives forward.
