Job summary

You will build partnerships with physicians, leaders, regulators, and external peers, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding MarinHealth's CARES standards and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in ambulatory healthcare.
• Experience with budgets and revenue cycle.
• Proficiency with EPIC/APeX and MS Office.

• Lead ambulatory clinics operations to meet safety, quality, and access goals.
• Plan and manage budgets and financial targets.
