Job summary

The position includes hiring decisions, performance evaluations, coaching, and collaboration with HR and IT, with travel as needed to support market needs. 40-hour week, Murray, Utah location.

• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Direct, supervise, and coach front office staff.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and advanced applications.
• Ability to problem solve and address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory care operations and ensure patient and caregiver safety.
• Oversee quality, patient experience, equity and access to care.
• Manage budgets and financial stewardship including planning and reporting.
• Make employment decisions including hiring, evaluations, coaching, and corrective action.
• Coach and develop direct reports; foster their growth.
• Support ancillary services such as human resources and information systems.
