Yale New Haven Health is seeking certified or certification-eligible phlebotomists for outpatient positions. In this role, you will engage with leading experts in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere, ensuring patient safety and specimen integrity.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED, have completed a Phlebotomy certification course, and have at least one year of current phlebotomy experience. This role provides a rewarding experience both personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete an approved Phlebotomy certification course or have equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of current phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to performance standards and policies.
• Perform blood culture collections using antiseptic techniques.
• Package and transport samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain sample integrity during collection and transport.
