Job summary

Penn Medicine’s Radnor Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support prescription processing and patient assistance in an ambulatory retail setting. The role collaborates with pharmacists and clinic teams to ensure safe, timely medication access and high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, collecting histories, coordinating insurance requirements, and maintaining documentation for reimbursement while delivering excellent customer service to patients and Penn

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Pharmacy Technician Certification - CPhT required.
Registered Pharmacy Technician with PA State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

Process and fill prescriptions under pharmacist direction with accuracy and efficiency.
Collect medication histories and assist with insurance requirements and payments.
Coordinate with clinical teams to resolve coverage issues and support medication access.
Collaborate with pharmacists, social workers, and specialty staff for complete reimbursement documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinic partners, and Penn Medicine employees.
Support all myPennPharmacy services as needed.
