Monday - Friday - 7am to 5:30pm

Saturday - 9am to 2pm

Sunday and All Major Holidays - CLOSED

• Mon-Fri shifts are 8.5 hours inclusive of a 30-minute lunch. Shifts will rotate during open, weekday hours.

Resolves routine service issues and escalates complex exceptions to support compliant handling and timely issue closure. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align service requirements, remove workflow barriers, and support patient and customer needs. Contributes to process improvement and standardization efforts that enhance efficiency, quality controls, and future readiness across pharmacy support services.
