Job summary

Essentia Health's Lakewalk Pharmacy in Duluth is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for casual hours. The role supports prescription processing, customer interaction, inventory control, and compounding under supervision, within a friendly ambulatory care setting.

The position requires MN Board education categories, Minnesota/Wisconsin registration readiness, and completion of Essentia Health training programs. Hours are part-time with a competitive hourly wage and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• MN Board of Pharmacy education/experience options are required.
• Registration in Minnesota and Wisconsin may be needed for some sites.
• PTCB or NHA certification must be earned within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and assist customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform inventory control and support automation systems.
• Engage in non-sterile and/or sterile compounding as assigned.
• Maintain required training and comply with State Boards of Pharmacy.
