Job summary

CentraCare Health is looking for a Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist to join their Integrated Pain Center team. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive medication management while collaborating with patients and an interprofessional team. The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD or BS Pharm degree and have experience in ambulatory care pharmacy.

Starting pay is $124,030.40 annually, with a competitive salary range and benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Join us in making rural life healthier!

Qualifications

• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred.
• Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required.
• Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Past ambulatory care pharmacy experience and/or residency training highly preferred.

Responsibilities
