Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Minnesota. The role includes verifying orders, dispensing medications, and monitoring patient therapies in a health-system setting. The Pharmacist may work in decentralized/clinical capacity and seek opportunities for ASHP residency or BPS certification.

The position requires Minnesota licensure and experience in inpatient, outpatient, and medication history contexts, with a day/evening schedule and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Central Inpatient: Experience in central inpatient capacity.
• Outpatient: Experience in outpatient/retail.
• Medication history: Experience in outpatient/retail or medication history capacity.
• Decentralized/Clinical: Residency or ASHP PGY1/PGY2 or BPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders, dispense medications, and monitor therapeutic effects.
• Provide drug information to healthcare providers.
• Oversee the work of direct support personnel and coordinate workflow.
• Demonstrate independent work with minimal supervision.
