Logan Health has an opportunity for an Ambulatory Pharmacist to join their team in our Oncology Clinic!
As a key member of our pharmacy team, this position will play a vital role in supporting patients prescribed oral oncology treatments. This position ensures continuity of care by monitoring lab results, managing adverse effects, performing medication reconciliation, and providing counseling to patients. You'll also collaborate closely with our specialty pharmacy team to address medication access and availability. Additionally, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource to providers and nursing staff.
This position will be working out of our Logan Health Hematology/Oncology Clinic located on the Logan Health campus in beautiful Kalispell, MT. Just minutes from Glacier National Park, two ski resorts, and the iconic Flathead Lake, our area offers endless outdoor adventures. Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour days shifts), Monday - Friday.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
