Qualifications

• PharmD or bachelor's in pharmacy required.
• Licensed pharmacist in Rhode Island.
• 5+ years in specialty or retail pharmacy; 8+ years preferred.
• Advanced certifications such as immunization, MTM, diabetic/cardiovascular educator encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications based on physician orders.
• Provide patient consultations on disease state management.
• Perform medication therapy management and interventions.
• Coordinate technician workflow and verify prep and labeling.
• Support 340B program and audits.
• Maintain compliance with drug laws and record keeping.
