The candidate will collaborate with an interprofessional team to optimize quality, safety, and patient experience, while guiding staff through onboarding, education, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in New York State.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to apply nursing process to improve patient outcomes.
