Job summary

La Rabida Children's Hospital in Chicago seeks a compassionate Ambulatory Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care from birth to young adulthood. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and improve patient access and outcomes.

Required are an MD/DO with Illinois license and board certification, plus 2–3 years of post-residency experience with medically complex patients.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Unrestricted Illinois medical license; board certified pediatrician preferred.
• Post-residency experience of 2–3 years; experience with medically complex/technology-dependent patients is a plus.
• CPR and PALS certifications required with timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care within an ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver patient education and preventive health counseling.
