Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Illinois medical license.
• Board certification in pediatrics.
• 2-3 years of post-residency experience; experience with medically complex patients appreciated.
• CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient acute medical care and primary preventive health for children.
• Collaborate with nurse case managers, social workers, dietitians, nurses, and other staff.
• Deliver evidence-based care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to support home-based care.
• Participate in professional organizations and act as a role model for the clinic.
