Job summary

River Ridge Surgery Center is seeking a Full Time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced outpatient surgical team. You will provide perioperative nursing care, manage a high-volume schedule, and ensure efficient room turnover in a busy ASC.

The ideal candidate has OR experience with orthopedic/hand surgery, strong clinical judgment, and excellent organization to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in operating room settings preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and hand surgery.
• Familiar with sterile technique and perioperative nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care in a busy outpatient ASC.
• Manage high-volume surgical schedule and room turnover.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team and adapt to changes.
• Prioritize multiple cases and maintain patient safety and care quality.
