Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management for a designated shift.
• Support nurse manager to foster a culture of excellence in patient care and staff development.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve quality, patient experience, and efficiency.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, payroll, and service integration across the care continuum.
