Job summary

USPI's SurgCenter of Camelback in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operating Room Circulator RN. The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps the patient, and circulates the case.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, current AZ RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 2 years of OR Circulator experience; strong nursing judgment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state (AZ).
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Circulator; ambulatory OR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery and circulates the case.
• Positioning the patient and prepping the patient for surgery.
• Assist the surgical team and maintain sterile technique throughout the procedure.
