Job summary

The Surgical Clinic (TSC) is a leading Middle Tennessee ambulatory surgery provider seeking an RN Circulator to deliver safe perioperative nursing care for outpatient procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include preoperative assessment, intraoperative circulation, and coordination of care across OR/Procedural areas, with emphasis on patient advocacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced perioperative nursing skills in ambulatory surgery.
• Strong sterile technique and adherence to AORN standards.
• Excellent patient advocacy and communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and verify consent and site.
• Circulate during surgeries, monitor sterile technique, and document care.
• Assist with patient positioning and intraoperative monitoring in collaboration with anesthesia.
