• 3+ years ambulatory clinical care experience.

• 1+ year of leading clinical information systems implementations.
• 1+ year of experience in performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ambulatory Optimization Team to achieve strategic goals through technology.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Optimization Team.
• Coordinate with Ambulatory Operational leadership, HITS, Revenue Cycle and Clinical Informatics.
• Lead ambulatory implementations and drive end-user adoption of the EMR.
• Ensure workflows align with policies, regulatory requirements and best practices.
