Responsibilities

  • Provide developmental opportunities; coach and set goals for performance improvement.
  • Translate business plans into tactical actions; ensure policies are followed.
  • Manage HR activities: recruitment, standardized processes, training and development.
  • Design survey readiness activities; prepare audit documentation and compliance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor performance against objectives.
