Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field; four years experience may substitute.
• Four years of relevant experience in healthcare, accounting, finance, analytics, or project leadership.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support complex operational and strategic initiatives across ambulatory services using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Build financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and pro formas for new clinics and expansions.
• Support budgeting, volume forecasting, workforce planning, and supply cost analysis.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Epic, databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and polished PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts, including expansions and system rollouts.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
