Job summary

Providence is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to oversee ExpressCare Retail locations across Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Montana, plus virtual services within Providence's footprint and two urgent care clinics in WA and AK. You’ll drive system-wide operational alignment, quality improvement, and strategic growth across ambulatory services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a clinical degree.
Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a clinical degree.
Coursework/Training: Professional Clinical license (preferred).
RN preferred

Manages ExpressCare operations across Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Montana.
Ensures alignment in operations, quality metrics, and clinical protocols.
Monitors financial data and department oversight.
Develops long-range business plans and growth strategies for ambulatory services.
