Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nurse license, BLS Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; 1–2 years in the designated pediatric or adult division preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician/licensed provider orders within Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Triages patient calls and in-basket messages.
• Prepares charts and referrals for return visits; reviews labs/imaging.
• Provides disease- and procedure-specific education to patients.
• Coordinates cross-site care with care teams and nursing staff.
• Travels between clinic sites for multi-site ambulatory care as needed.
