Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse for the Medical Oncology Practice on Emerson Hospital campus. The role supports oncology MDs and APPs, with a focus on safe, individualized nursing care across solid and heme disease groups. Ambulatory oncology experience is strongly preferred.

The position emphasizes nursing assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year or less clinical nursing experience required.
• Registered Nurse license in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
