University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS is seeking an RN for Oncology Ambulatory care in the Cancer Clinic. You will assess and treat adult cancer patients, coordinate chemotherapy protocols, educate patients and families, and liaise with case management and other health professionals.

The role requires an active RN license with at least 1 year of experience. BSN and oncology certifications are preferred, with opportunities to participate in clinical trials.

Qualifications

• RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• BSN and 2 years of RN oncology experience preferred.
• OCN or CPHON certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in oncology clinic, including assessment and education.
• Coordinate care for patients enrolled in oncology protocols and clinical trials.
• Monitor chemotherapy effects and manage patient education and medication reconciliation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accuracy of patient records and equipment.
