Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing from an accredited school.
• Registered Nurse license in Washington (WA).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees and documents administration of medications (topical, oral, IM, subcutaneous, IV) as ordered and policy compliant.
• Administers chemotherapy.
• Applies knowledge of current cancer treatment modalities to patient care.
• Adheres to department and hospital policies, safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and effective communication with diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrates accountability and ongoing professional growth in oncology/hematology.
