Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic. This full-time role supports patient care in an outpatient setting, performs lab procedures, administers medications, and assists the physician with procedures.

Responsibilities include patient prep, vital signs, specimen collection, education, and coordination of tests and referrals. BLS is required within 45 days, with an LPN license in the state.

• Provides patient education and coordinates referrals and test requests.
• Maintains exam rooms and lab areas, and supports care team communication.
