Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provides professional nursing care to patients in an assigned unit.
• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing regimen for patients.
• Records and maintains nursing care plans and progress notes for continuity of care.
• Interprets and reports patient responses to the health team.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan comprehensive patient care.
• Guides allied nursing personnel in rendering patient care.
• Participates in standards of nursing practice and departmental conferences.
