Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, applies evidence-based practice, and upholds professional standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

Primary location is South Elgin, IL, with travel to Algonquin and Hoffman Estates. The RN will work Monday through Friday with occasional late nights, cross-train to OB/Uro-gynecology, and travel to three

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends.
• 1-2 late nights depending on staffing needs.
• Will cross-train to OB and uro-gynecology; experience highly preferred.
• Required to travel to 3 different sites across IL.
• Primary location South Elgin, with sites in Algonquin and Hoffman Estates.
